Welcome to Week 38 of the Frumpy to Fabulous series this week’s habit change is to lay out or pack up your workout clothes before you go to bed.
You eliminate any excuses to skip your workout the next day. There are too many things that can come up ex. laundry, work, appointments,etc.
Packing your bag or laying out your workout clothes will also increase your energy and focus.
It only takes a couple of seconds to pack or layout your workout clothes. You will never regret going to the gym.
