I haven’t shared our menu for the week in awhile. So I wanted to share with you what we are having this week.
Chicken & wild rice
Naked nachos ( this one of my favorites from a local restaurant) I just put a jar of queso and 1 lb cooked hamburger in a baking pan. I usually throw some shredded cheese on top and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Then I take it out and put cut up tomatoes, lettuce and tortilla strips on top. You can choose any toppings you want. Then you just scoop up the yumminess with tortilla chips.
Lasagna stuffed shells/green beans
Mini BBQ Meatloaf/corn
Saturday- I don’t cook on Saturday nights so we usually get takeout
Slow Cooker Glazed Pork Loin/ baked Zucchini fries
Dessert 3 ingredient brownies
