Weeek 15 Frumpy to Fabulous-Alcohol and It’s Slippery Slope

frumpy-to-fabulous-week15

Welcome to Week 15 of the Frumpy to Fabulous series. This week it is Alcohol and it’s slippery slope.

Research shows 4-6 ounces of red wine a day has many benefits but people don’t measure their wine usually.

Alcohol increases blood sugar, makes you retain body fat and water, increases appetite.

Great post. Very good to know. I guess by having a few glasses of red win each week I am doing myself some good.

Plus it makes you more tired the next morning, which makes it harder to get up early and care for your home and family.

I don’t drink much. Very, very rarely. I didn’t even drink until after my daughter was born. I was either 30 or almost 30.
