Week 13 Frumpy to Fabulous-Seltzer Water instead of Soda

 Welcome to Week 13 of Frumpy to Fabulous Challenge.  This week you need to drink seltzer water instead of soda.
 
You should have a goal to consume less than 25 grams of sugar per day. A regular 12 oz can of soda has 39 grams of sugar. Diet soda has artificial sweeteners that makes your body store fat and increase cravings.
 
Most sodas have caffeine which is a diuretic and cause dehydration that makes you even thirstier. Seltzer water with a fresh lemon squeeze is a much healthier option and will help you increase your water intake.

    I am not a fan of seltzer water, but I do drink soda. Diet soda. But I drink lots of water, too. I am not as committed as you guys are!
