Welcome to Week 16 of the Frumpy to Fabulous series-this week it is choose your morning cereal wisely.
Make sure you read the labels on cereal boxes a lot of them are hiding extra sugars and artificial ingredients.
Here are some suggestions for cereal:
- Cheerios
- Shredded Wheat
- Fiber One
- Grape Nuts

I have paying more attention lately when I buy cereal. I like the sugary cereals that my kids like but I have been looking more at the labels. Some of my favorites are Multi Grain Cheerios and Raisin Bran.
