We are on Week 18 of the Frumpy to Fabulous series this week habit change is Eat Every 2-3 Hours.
Eat small and frequent meals 5 or 6 times a day to maintain blood sugar levels preventing you from being hungry. It also keeps your metabolism working, keep energy levels high all day long, build muscle and burn fat when your metabolism is revved up also help to control your mood by fueling your body, mind and spirit throughout the day.
