Welcome to Week 20 of the Frumpy to Fabulous series. This week’s habit change is to choose raw almonds and walnuts over peanuts.

Roasted and glazed are loaded with sugar and salt, choose nuts with healthy fats which will help you lose weight.

They are also higher in Omega 3′s and 6′s. Make sure you measure them into snack bags before diving into the bag it is easy to overeat them.

Almonds,Walnuts, Pistachios help fight off hunger and leaving you fuller longer. You can also make your own trail mix with dried fruit.

    I loooove almonds! Especially in a nice trail mix with some raisins and dried apricots – yum! Pistachios are good too – those I could eat just by themselves!

    Walnuts are one of my favorite nuts. I am not so crazy about almonds though.
