Welcome to Week 48 of the Frumpy Fabulous series this week’s habit change is to switch your bedtime snack.

I am sure you have heard many people say you shouldn’t eat before going to bed but calories don’t know what time it is.

Here are some bedtime snack ideas:

  • air popped popcorn
  • low fat cottage cheese with berries
  • apple slices with peanut butter
  • greek yogurt with crushed walnuts

What do you eat for bedtime snacks?

    I really don’t snack after dinner but I love the ideas you shared. On occasion when I do eat a snack before bed I might eat a piece of fruit.

  • I love eating popcorn. I always have a bag available in my kitchen for snacks. I also have oreos which isn’t that healthy but it sure do taste goo. 🙂

    when i do have a bedtime snack it is usually popcorn. i love it and it is filling!

    Popcorn is a great snack that my family enjoys often. Peanut butter is terrific and I often have that for some quick energy.

    I can’t find organic popcorn (non GMO) so I tend to eat dry cereal or some kind of fruit. Every now and then I’ll cheat and eat a piece of chocolate or a cookie though lol.

    I have popcorn as a bedtime snack, but I also love to have apple slices with peanut butter-it tastes so delicious. I mostly though have popcorn!
