  • Wow week 52! That’s an entire year. Way to go! I do agree with keeping it fun. If its no fun it seems like a chore to me and I don’t want to do it. I need to get my fabulous on! 🙂

Exercise can be hard to incorporate fun in, great tip on the reminder to try and make it more fun and less tedious

  • marissa

thank you for the tip..i make my exercise fun with the wii zumba…

  • I do Zumba classes as a way to exercise while having fun.

Fitness + fun = fitfun? I totally agree, because I had been doing all kinds of exercises, I’m not sure exactly how and why I stopped. But the boring thought of resuming it has me totally digging in my heels. However, instead, just doing fun, active things sounds… well.. fun!!! and fabulous .. and free!!! unlike an expensive gym membership!

Um, exercise is not fun. Sweating sucks. I do it to get it over with, and then I feel better afterwards when I’ve showered and don’t feel nasty anymore. Of course, I’m just getting back into it so I’m extremely out of shape. Maybe when a hill won’t leave me wanting to die, I’ll enjoy it more! haha

I really need to get active, I probably have the same excuse as most people lack of time.

I like walking outdoors because it always makes me feel better being outside and seeing the scenery. I need to try a different exercise like dancing. That is very good exercise! Put the fun in fitness is what keeps me going!

  • Natasha

I like walking because it gets me outside and I always feel so good after a walk! Its just getting myself motivated to go!!
